Jarvis’ new standard and light models JHS-Hand Held Pneumatic Skinners are specially designed for fast and efficient removal of trimming strips, skin patches, rounds, butts, hindquarters, and loins off of pork carcasses. They are useful for ham and beef ribs trimmings, de-fatting pork, beef, lambs and goats, fish skinning, removing chicken breast skin, and trimming turkey membranes. Jarvis’ JHS skinners provide low cost skinning of boars and sows with clean, uniform, controlled depth removal of skin and fat, without knife cuts or gashes.
Four different cutting depths are available – 1.6 mm, 3.2 mm, 4.8 mm and 6.35 mm. Easy to operate, clean and maintain, they also have an adjustable 360 degree rotating handle for comfortable handling.
