holac Maschinenbau GmbH will be presenting ‘cutting-edge’ technology at IFFA. Those who demand the highest standards in food processing will get their money’s worth from the 3rd to 8th May in Frankfurt. Visitors will find holac in Hall 8.0, Booth H96.
Implementing custom solutions for food manufacturing companies with specific requirements in the areas of fresh meat, convenience, delicatessen, pizza toppings or cheese applications is the focal aim of the South German mechanical engineering company.
Particularly in the area of multi-purpose dicers such as the Cubixx, Maxx and the CS28, the Fair team is preparing itself for major interest from trade visitors. holac’s innovative dicers and strip cutters ensure perfectly cut cubes, discs and strips. Capacity and quality immediately from the word go, combined with a compact design, make them popular all-rounders in use world-wide. Other impressive equipment features include: hydraulic pressure-related pre-pressing, the use of multi-blade and bladed discs to increase capacity, continual in- feed, patented grid design and hardened shear edges ensuring outstanding results every cycle.
On the stand, visitors will also be able to experience the holac SECT slicer range in action. Models such as the Sect 230 set standards in slicing consistent, precise and even results – fresh meat, sirloin, schnitzel, bacon, chops, steak, roasts, sausage, fish or cheese – cooked, fresh, chilled or frozen, with or without bones.
Another highlight at the holac booth are the high-performance cheese cutters. Thanks to innovative technology, they enable even more efficient processing of the entire range of cheese products—regardless of type, size, or special shape. Particularly in industrial applications, Cheesmaxx 200 sets new standards, offering even greater flexibility with expanded options. With new customization possibilities, the machine can be precisely adapted to different cheese types, sizes, and cutting requirements, further enhancing efficiency and versatility in production.
Trade fair visitors can experience first-hand how holac cutting machines seamlessly integrate into digitized production lines, allowing the entire manufacturing process to be controlled from a central point. This enables easy access to data and statistics as well as detailed tracking of individual batches.
The integrated energy meter precisely records the machine’s performance data, providing a detailed analysis of energy consumption. Through a SCADA connection, the collected data can be evaluated in real time to optimize processes, contributing to increased efficiency and sustainable resource management in production.
holac also introduces new innovations in safety: many machines can now be equipped with RFID technology, allowing flexible management of user permissions while reducing the risk of operating errors, human mistakes, and sabotage. Another groundbreaking feature: automatic tool detection, which eliminates yet another common source of errors.
Another holac highlight is the new machine line in the area for plant based meat substitutes. holac has already further developed its range of machines so that food companies can also cut plant based meat substitutes into the desired shape – be it cubes, slices, strips or ‘chunks’. In the meantime, holac has implemented several cutting machines that are completely geared to the special requirements in this area.
