Belarus set a record in export to China in November. During this month they delivered 500 t of products. This is the largest volume from the beginning of the export sales in the second half of the year. In 11 months China already received 878 t of poultry from Belarus at the amount of 2.15 mln USD.
The total export of poultry and poultry by-products in November was 13.7 ths t, which is by 1,000 t less than in October. In 11 months, the poultry supply increased by 12.1% to 153.4 ths t in volume terms, and by 14.2% to 234.6 mln USD in value terms.
The Russian share was 84.5%. In November, Belarus delivered to the Russian Federation 9.9 ths t of products, which is by a couple of thousand tonnes less than in October. In January-November, the export to Russia rose by 10.8% to 129.1 ths t, and the profit from it increased by 12.4% to 202.68 mln USD.
Vietnam received 298 t (1,267 t from the beginning of the year), Lithuania — 20 t (41 t), Georgia — 37 t (215 t). Furthermore, in 2018, Belarus exported poultry to Hungary — 20 t and Hong Kong — 826 t.
In November, Belarus exported 8.77 ths t of beef. This is by 1.5 ths t less than in October. The total export for 11 months of 2018 was 96.5 ths t, which is by 9.1% more than in 2017. In value terms, the supply increased by 9.3% to 348.54 mln USD.
Russia received 96.2% of meat. Belarus exported 8.5 ths t to this country in November. In 11 months, the export rose by 7.9% to 92.87 ths t in volume terms, and by 8.1% to 338.64 mln USD in value terms.
The export of frozen beef reached 6.1 ths t in November. In January-November, the total export of frozen beef increased by 5.2% to 40.64 ths t, and by 12.2% to 146,76 mln USD in value terms.
The export to Russia was 89.3% of the total export. The export to the Russian Federation was 4.7 ths t in November. In 11 months, the supplies to this country increased by 10% to 36.28 ths t, and by 16.5% to 133.5 mln USD in value terms.
The November supply to China was 44 t. In 11 months, Belarus delivered to China 202 t of beef. In November, Belarus also continued to deliver beef to Vietnam. The export to this country rose by 44 t. From the beginning of the year, Vietnam received a total of 514 t of Belarusian beef.
The pork export was 1,346 t in November. In January-November, it was 5,826 t, which is by 3.7% less than in the previous year. In value terms, the export increased by 14.5% to 15.68 mln USD.
In 11 months of 2018, Belarus earned 757.36 mln USD from the export of meat and by-products, according to the Belstat data.
