On February 14, 2019, “FOOD SAFETY NEWS & NUANCES 2019” conference will be held in Moscow for the 8th time.

Target audience: managers and specialists of food industry enterprises involved in quality assurance and food safety processes (quality department, laboratory, procurement department, production and technology departments, etc.)

The scientific and practical conference will cover the following issues:
- current changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union for the food industry;

inadequacy in the food safety management system, management and mechanisms for working with them;
how to avoid mistakes during regulatory authority inspections;
increasing the company effectiveness.
Traditionally, the conference and exhibition will be held together. Manufacturers and suppliers will showcase their products designed to maintain hygiene and assure safety in food processing plants. The exhibition is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with manufacturers of goods that you will test or have already used in your enterprise.
