CARNISPICE is the line of flavoring preparations developed to offer an effective alternative to traditional dry spices.

Produced from natural essential oils and oleoresins of the same spices, CARNISPICE use as a support a micronized salt with high absorption capacity.

Versatile and easy to use, they have been developed as a spices replacer in 1:1 ratio, with significant quality and economic benefits: no changes either in formulations or in production recipes, and with the advantage of a very low microbial load compared to spices.

 

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

They are smooth and homogeneous powders, with neither clumps nor black spots, ideal in any formulation because they blend perfectly with other ingredients in the recipe, and leave no visible mark in the finished product – therefore particularly suitable for sliced products.
