During the Eurotier Foodmate welcomed customers from all over the world and provided them with an interactive experience at their booth. On the Foodmate booth they presented and introduced several eye-catching technological advanced inventions. Not only did Foodmate display their food processing machines, they gave live demonstrations as well.Giving the customers a first-hand experience. It truly showcased the capabilities of the new machines and the need for these important innovations.

In the professional designed demoroom Foodmate introduces the MAX6000, a new revolutionary breast cap filleting system. The MAX6000 has been developed to debone up to 6000 breast caps per hour on the new specially designed dual-track. Each track line runs 3000 breast caps per hour at the same time and they are both capable of producing the following products:

  • Single fillet with tender
  • Single fillet without tender
  • Butterfly fillet with tender
  • Butterfly fillet without tender
  • Tenders separately

The MAX6000 gives the user the option to run 2 different processes simultaneously, for example on track 1 a butterfly process and on track 2 a single fillet process. These programs come pre-programmed with the MAX6000. It is very easy to choose a different program for each track by operating the multifunctional touchscreen, which is very user-friendly and intuitive. The software also includes features like batch control, maintenance programs, etc. Due to its compact design the MAX6000 produces a high volume of product on a minimum of floor space. The MAX6000 allows for easy cleaning because of the open design.

This revolutionary development left a great impression on those who visited the Foodmate booth, which ensures the success of the MAX6000.

Another great introduction was the latest version of the successful OPTI Thigh Deboning solution;the latest version is now available with an efficient kneecap harvesting unit. This new unit can also be installed in the existing OPTI TD’s.

Another newcomer in the Foodmate deboning line is the MAXIMA LT. This new machine is based on the popular MAXIMA. The MAXIMA LT is a semi-automatic system for breast cap filleting. After loading the product on the MAXIMA LT, it will automatically separate the skin and the wishbone from the breast cap. On the opposite side of the loading area the MAXIMA LT provides room for 4 to 5 workers for manual breast meat harvesting.
