With the mixer-grinder MW U 200, the manufacturer of meat processing machines K+G WETTER showcases a product innovation to an international audience of trade experts at ANUGA FoodTec (24—27 March). According to the manufacturer, the MW U 200 provides more efficient mixing with absolutely no dead space and no loss of material while meeting the most stringent hygiene standards. The MW U 200 is the first mixer-grinder to have a mixing chamber that is completely separated from the cutting section and drive technology. In addition, the mixing chamber can be optionally equipped with cryogenic cooling (CO2 / LN2), which ensures a controlled production process in terms of constant temperature.
The MW U 200 also convinced the panel of experts of the DLG. As part of the FoodTec Awards at the trade fair, the DLG awards a Silver Medal to the mixer-grinder by K+G Wetter. Hence K+G Wetter once again wins a prize for innovation. This new award is particularly significant for the company, especially in its anniversary year.
On its trade fair stand in Hall 6.1, stand no. A018-B019, K+G Wetter also exhibits cutters, high performance grinders and mixer-grinders for industry and trade.
INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
In CutControl, K+G WETTER has developed control software that guides the user step by step through the cutting process, thus ensuring standardised processes. All recipe data can be entered and edited quickly and easily via the clearly arranged input screen. This allows the CutControl software to calculate the required quantities of ingredients for any desired batch size.
CutVision is the associated recording software and provides the basis for quality management and production analysis in operations. Since the software records all the data, all production steps are traceable. Moreover, information is also available for calculation purposes.
The Weihenstephan Standards (WS Food) are interfaces for machine data acquisition and serve as a basis for production control, batch tracking and quality assurance, etc. Naturally, K+G Wetter also offers this standard for its machines.
