The German manufacturer NOCK will present at the IFFA 2016 in hall 8.0, stand-no. E48 some new machines and further developments:
The new NOCK CB 435/4E HVC HORIZONTAL-VERTICAL-CUTTER offers two ways of cutting. The machine is based on the circular blade cutting module for vertical cuts with a horizontal cutting module positioned in front. The gentle cutting process makes the machine very interesting e.g. when cutting chicken breast fillets.
The new NOCK MBC MULTI-BLADE CUTTER cuts fine slices with smaller blade distances, as it is necessary when cutting beef roulades. It will be continuously fed with a speed of 14 m/min. The machine runs very smoothly and the blades are easy to remove.
The several shaft circular blade cutting machine NOCK Cortex CB 380 SLICER is equipped with a new integrated cleaning system.
The doner cutting machine NOCK Cortex CB 503 KEBAB with the NOCK Integrated Product Return System® now has an improved pressure unit with flatter spring pressure increase. This allows uniform thin slices even when processing high meat pieces.
DERINDING AND MEMBRANE SKINNING:
The further developed NOCK IMMEDIATE CUT-OUT® (ICO) safety system is responsible for a high safety during the operation process on open top machines. This will be shown at the NOCK booth on the new double blade derinder NOCK Cortex C560DBD as well as on the membrane skinner Vliesex V5744 TURBO with optimized hygienic design and a transport roller with two different teeth sizes (Option: 1/3 coarse when removing sinews, 2/3 fine when removing the membrane).
The new poultry skinner NOCK Cortex CBP 695 VARIO removes the skin from whole chicken corpuses and whole chicken legs. The product specific pressure unit runs with variable speed.
The new, double lane high speed machine NOCK Skinex QS 98 with a larger transport roller diameter removes the skin of fish filets with thin skin e.g. cod with a very good yield and an attractive skinning result.
SCALE ICE PRODUCTION:
NOCK will introduce its new scale ice range NOCK NRE with rotation-evaporator. The constructive separation of the refrigeration aggregate and drive make the every day sanitizing of the evaporator and the water tank possible.
