K-Line works with a unique rotary piston system. After charging, six rotating pistons transport the product to the large dimensioned cover outlet.
The Frey rotary piston system is actually the system which cares most for the product. Smearing effects are reduced to a minimum, therefore also critical products can be optimally produced. The result is a perfect filling finish also with temperatures of over 0°C. Therefore, KK500 is especially suitable for production plants producing half- and long keeping food and natural dried raw sausages.
K-LINE KK500 achieves a filling performance of max. 7.000 kg/h and a filling pressure of maximum 25 bar. The filling performance is maximum 350 port./min.
A simple cleaning is the basic requirement for best hygienic conditions in the production. FREY-stuffers therefore have smooth external contours. The machine housing is completely made of high-quality stainless steel.
The expenditure for cleaning and maintenance is very low due to the easy disassembling and neat contours between the parts. The integrated cleaning system in the rotary system of KK500 (clean in place) is unique. The rotary system is automatically cleaned with water after the activation via the touch control.
The new KK500 with dual vacuum system will be presented on the IFFA fair. The stuffer is charged with the product by low pressure. Thereby still more resting air is evacuated from the product.
VACUUM STUFFERS WITH INCREASED FILLING PRESSURE: F-LINE F103, F163, F193
With F103, F163 and F193 FREY presents a vacuum filler series with increased filling pressure. The filling pressure is maximum 55 bar, therefore the machines can especially be used for the production of smaller sausages in combination with the grinding head system WK98. The filling performance of these models is maximum 3.000 kg/h. Apart from that, these models are similar to the vacuum stuffers F-Line F100, F 160 and F 190. Pluggable control curves which concentrate the abrasion within the rotor system are newly used in our medium-sized vacuum stuffers. They simply can be changed by the user without any tool.
FREY GRINDING HEAD SYSTEM WK98
The FREY grinding head system WK98 is designed for the use as attachment in connection with a FREY vacuum stuffer. New dimensions are now available in the production of raw and coarse products. Due to the FREY rotor pump system the product is evacuated and continually led to the cutting set of the grinding head. The ripening process and production time can be shortened. Before the product is led into the filling tube it is grinded to the size of the end granulation. An obviously higher product quality can be achieved regarding the finish and hygienic standard. The usual heating and contamination during the standing times are reduced. One to two working steps can be saved due to the integration of the filling and grinding process. The transport ways are shortened. The grinding head is simply installed instead of the linking gear. 4- or 5-part cutting sets of 98 mm can be used. By using a separation device also sinews, cartilages and bones can be separated.
FREY C-LINE – PRODUCTION OF CONVENIENCE PRODUCTS
The possibilities of use of the filling stuffer can importantly be enlarged by using Frey C-Line attachments. C-LINE components are modularly constructed and therefore can freely be combined. They are especially suitable for medium sized production plants with a large range of products. The quick modification of all components enables a quick production change.
C-LINE offers belt systems for the supply and further transport of filled or formed products. It is possible to work with or without paper. A universal cutting device can optionally be installed on or between the universal belt systems.
FLEXIBLE FORMING LINE CLB FTDM162-4 – LINEAR DRIVE TECHNOLOGY
CLB FTDM162-4 is an automatic line for portioning and forming various products such as round forms like balls, croquettes, Koefte or Cevapcici. This is possible by the combination of round punching tools and linear drives.
The linear drives are freely programmable in way and acceleration, therefore any form can be produced up to a diameter of maximum 32 mm.
The forming and cutting device FTDM-4 achieves a portioning performance up to maximum 880 port./min with 220 tacts/min. The products are deposited in 4 rows on the transporting belt CLB with a width of 300 mm.
DMFB 60-2 LINEAR LINE
DMFB 60-2 linear is a production line for small burgers in double-row finish. The motion of the knife is done via linear drives. The dynamics of these drives is much higher and the DMFB 60-2 therefore achieves a portioning performance of maximum 440 port./min with 220 tacts/min. These water-cooled linear drives work is nearly noiseless.
