Lately, thanks to technical progress achieved, LIMA started successfully at one of the largest meat operator in France a RM 400 DDS with 1 x 20 and 0,5 x 20 mm filter for high quality chicken desinewed meat (most product with no bones in raw material are classified as meat according to E.U. directive).
This RM 400 DDS will be completing the customer production means/tools, since their two steps complicated system, appears to be very expensive in exploitation and gives concerns in terms of bacteriology and global profitability.
The decision process was long due to a fierce competition with belt separators and press type machines.
