This was the company’s motto at this year’s IFFA in Frankfurt. AAT-FREEZING, BT-Anlagenbau and company Josef Pulsfort exhibited conjointly at the IFFA 22. And this motto was also taken very much to heart in order to support and present themselves together. Contrary to all expectations, the fair was definitely a success.
The interest in the BoxFreezer as well as in the Small BoxFreezer, was again very high at this show. Many leads were generated, and new interesting contacts were made. BT-Anlagenbau was able to attract attention particularly with the Food Analyzer and the Meat Sorter. Not only the meat industry, but also the entire food industry is an industry with great development potential for hyper spectral technology.
Either the quality control of chicken fillets, the evaluation of the fat content of meat or the surface control of sausages, with the Food Analyzer and its hyper spectral technology, such quality-relevant points can be checked, controlled, and evaluated very well. Thanks to the good relations with company Pulsfort and the BoxFreezer at Oldenburger Geflügelspezialitäten (Wiesenhof), which is running to everyone’s satisfaction, they were also pleased to welcome a high-ranking visit from Dr. Dröge (Chairman of the PHW Group), Mr. Hempen (Production Optimizer of the PHW Group) and Mr. Turek (Managing Director of Oldenburger Geflügelspezialitäten). The technological lead of the Food Analyzer raised a high level of interest among them, which will be deepened and intensified in the coming weeks. Under this year’s IFFA motto – Digitalization and Automation in the Meat Industry, AAT and Pulsfort presented the “Digital Factory Planning” and “Predictive Maintenance”.
With the help of a digital image of the booth in relation to the BoxFreezer of the “ELPOZO” project, as well as the preventive maintenance dashboard, visitors were able to experience a glimpse of future possibilities in the realization of their projects.
“The atmosphere was really great throughout the week and the number of visitors at our booth was on most days as high as in 2019. I am very satisfied with the quality of this year’s leads and 3-4 projects are already in the final project phase. I would like to especially emphasize the really great and also productive cooperation with the teams of both companies.
A big thank you to the two managing directors Gerald Kreiner and Ralf Pulsfort, who agreed to the joint trade fair project at such short notice.”
