KARL SCHNELL introduces the latest generation of its Vacuum Filler P10 SE Type 588 to process all kinds of paste-like materials.
Vacuum filling machines of the KARL SCHNELL company have always been the technical forerunner in the area of the industrial filling technology. This applies also to the new generation of the KS Vacuum Filler P10 SE Type 588. They set themselves apart through precise gram portioning, filling free from air bubbles and maximum filling capacity. The highest process reliability and efficient production flow are ensured through the application of the latest control technology. The vacuum filling machines of KS are operated over a 15″ touch screen with configurable and clear interface.
In the development process, the technicians at KARL SCHNELL make easy visualisation and intuitive operation a top priority. The pivoting control panel which is located above the machine housing can be adjusted optimally to the workstation of the operator and thereby allows highly ergonomic operation. The core of the new KS control is the modern industrial PC which takes over all automation tasks.
The intelligent machine concept with the Ethernet-based interface includes both the networking of the filling machine and auxiliary machine and also the networking of superordinate IT components (e.g. PC, production master computer). Thus, it is possible to connect to the following weighing and packing machines. Additionally, production programs can be saved via an USB interface or transferred from machine to machine. The new KS Vacuum Filler P10 SE Type 588 thus sets new standards in terms of operation, ergonomics and connectivity.
