The growth in Damate’s production of high-value-added products strengthens the company’s market position and expands its product range for consumers. In 2025, the holding group increased its production of deep processed turkey products by 21%, reaching a volume of over 31,000 tons.
More than half of this volume, specifically 16,000 tons, consisted of Vienna sausages and cooked sausages produced in high-tech facilities with a daily capacity of 128 tons. Production of ham and deli meats made of whole-muscle turkey, grilled using a unique process, totaled approximately 14,000 tons at a facility with a daily capacity of 87 tons.
Damate has doubled its production of dry-cured delicacies on a unique production line that has no equivalent in Russia, and has also doubled its production of ready-to-eat products, such as meatballs, rolls, mini-burgers, ground-meat burgers, cutlets, patties, nuggets, and turkey kebabs.
All products are made exclusively from turkey raised on their own farms, preserving its nutritional benefits: high protein content, low fat content, a wealth of vitamins and minerals, and a unique flavor.
The turkey deep processing plant, with a capacity of 303 tons per day, is located in the Penza Region and is equipped with more than 500 pieces of equipment and automated production lines from leading global manufacturers. It consists of five production units: ham products, cooked and dry-cured sausages, and ready-to-cook semi-finished products. A key advantage is the robotic warehouse with an expanded capacity in 2025; it is the first fully automated solution for storage, order fulfillment, and shipping in Russia’s food industry.
The Damate Group is a Russian agricultural holding company and the leading turkey producer in Russia; it ranks first among European companies and is one of the world’s top five producers. In 2025, the company produced 268,000 tons of turkey meat (carcass weight).
Damate also produces duck and lamb meat, operates a dairy farming business, and sells its products under the brand names “Indilight”, “Ozerka”, “BazarCo”, “Karachaevskaya Black”, “Salima” and “Tolko!” throughout the country, while expanding its export operations.
The group’s facilities are located in the Penza, Tyumen, and Rostov regions, the Stavropol Krai, Karachay-Cherkessia and the city of Saint Petersburg. In 2025, Damate produced 20,000 tons of duck meat (carcass weight) and is developing a lamb project in the North Caucasus Federal District, which includes a service company for farmers, fattening facilities, and the country’s largest lamb processing plant with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons.
The Tyumen Region is home to a dairy farming complex with a herd of 13,500 head of cattle, designed to produce 55,000 tons of raw milk, where unique projects in the fields of genetics and breeding are being implemented. The company’s agricultural land bank covers approximately 100,000 hectares, and its facilities across the country employ over 11,000 people.
