Hosting over 50,000 visitors, an increase of over 10% on the previous edition, and almost 800 VIP buyers from Turkey and surrounding countries in Eastern Europe, CIS, Middle East and North Africa, the Eurasia Packaging Fair (www.packagingfair.com) and co-located Istanbul Food-Tech was firmly established as a true powerhouse in Eurasian Packaging and Food-Processing.
As the event where future innovations in packaging machinery, products and services are launched for the benefit of central Eurasian manufacturers, Eurasia Packaging delivered, for the 20th year, a business environment where the region’s leading players in all FMCG sectors forged strong relationships with leading packaging suppliers over 4 days.
The co-located exhibitions hosted 1292 exhibitors showcasing products and machinery from 41 countries, resulting in the biggest event to date covering 105,000 sqm. Both International and Regional exhibitors were enthusiastic in their praise.

The hosted buyer community who attended as part of the exclusive elite+ VIP buyer programme were carefully handpicked from key target markets across Eurasia. This year’s programme participation increased by 65% with a noticeable increase in buyers from Russia, Iraq, Iran and Egypt.
A first time visitor from the UK, Purchasing Manager from Plastico, the UKs largest catering disposables manufacturers and distributors commented, ‘It’s the first time I have visited this exhibition and I will definitely be back. I attended specifically to find Injection Moulding Machinery and have found exactly what I was looking for, I didn’t expect to meet such a range of suppliers, the quality on offer here is excellent and this exhibition definitely contends with some of the world’s biggest exhibitions in this field.’

Eurasia Packaging Fair and Food-Tech 2015 will take place 22—25 October 2015.
